My friend Lisa (of "Tales of a Young Housewife" Blog) posted a blog the other day that brought tears to my eyes. "My friend Chantell knows a mom who is raising money for her little 5 month old daughter, Jasmine, to get a new heart.  can you imagine?  5 months old.
